Digital Product Refund Rules
Because digital products are delivered electronically and may be accessed immediately after purchase, refunds are limited once download access has been granted or the file has been downloaded.
Refunds May Be Reviewed If
- The product was not delivered after successful payment.
- The secure download link does not work due to a system issue.
- A duplicate payment was made for the same product.
- The wrong product was delivered because of a verified system error.
Refunds Are Generally Not Available If
- The product has already been downloaded successfully.
- The customer purchased the wrong product by mistake.
- The product was accessed and the download limit was used.
- The request is based on a change of mind after digital access was granted.
Every refund request is reviewed carefully. Please include your order number, email address, and a clear explanation of the issue.
